CHANGE, Inc Family Medical Care is hiring Full Time VOCA Victim Advocate for the victims of Domestic Violence.

Position Details:
• Job Title: VOCA Victim Advocate
• Location: Weirton
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Qualifications:
• Applicant should have experience working with the court system, a willingness to conduct public presentations on domestic violence, and the ability to attend community events to promote the benefits of the domestic violence program at CHANGE, Inc.
• Applicant must have excellent Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and must have the ability to grasp new technology quickly.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associates Degree preferred.
• Applicant must be able to work well with diverse patients and staff and promote a positive image for CHANGE, Inc.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities:
• Position duties include but are not limited to providing advocacy, guidance, and support to victims of domestic violence who are proceeding thru the legal system.
