Position Details:
• Job Title: Therapist (Social Worker or Counselor)
• Location: Various Locations
• Work Schedule: FT or PT, Day shift, no weekends

Qualifications:
• Graduate level clinicians with any of the following licenses: Licensed Independent Social Workers, Licensed Graduate Social Workers, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, Licensed Professional Counselors licensed in Ohio and/or WV
• Excellent organization, critical thinking, communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, excellent documentation, and computer skills, and must have the ability to grasp new technology quickly.
• Some travel between locations may be necessary.
• Applicant must be able to work well with diverse patients and staff and promote a positive image for CHANGE, Inc.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities:
• Applicant would provide Behavior Health Services in Office settings, School Based Health Centers and/or our MAT program
