CHANGE, Inc Family Medical Care is hiring Full Time Phlebotomist or CMA (with WV Licensure, schooling through an accredited program and NHA or AAMA certification)

Position Details:
• Job Title: CMA or Phlebotomist for Lab
• Location: West
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Qualifications:
• Must be a Phlebotomist or CMA with WV Licensure, schooling through an accredited program and NHA or AAMA certification.
• Venipuncture and lab processing experience preferred
• Excellent organization, critical thinking, communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, excellent documentation, and computer skills, knowledgeable of care plans and must have the ability to grasp new technology quickly.
• Applicant must be able to work well with diverse patients and staff and promote a positive image for CHANGE, Inc.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities:
• Operate a busy lab for multi provider facility. Maintaining standards, cleanliness and efficiency.
• Maintain proper inventory
• Support care teams as needed
