Position Details:
• Job Title: Customer Resource Coordinator
• Location: Weirton
• Work Schedule: Weekdays 8-4
Qualifications:
• Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and must have the ability to grasp new technology quickly.
• Willingness and ability to obtain Certified Application Counselor certification required.
• High school Graduate or GED at minimum.
• Applicant must be able to work well with diverse patients and staff and promote a positive image for CHANGE, Inc.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities:
• Position duties include but are not limited to providing various program information, provide case management to our customers on the phone and in person, input information into computer database for various programs.
