CHANGE, Inc Family Medical Care is hiring Full Time LPN’s (with WV and OH Licensure), CMA’s (schooling through an accredited program and NHA or AAMA certification)

Position Details:
• Job Title: Multiple positions available
• Location: Various Locations
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Qualifications:
• Must be a LPN (with WV and LPN Licensure), CMA (schooling through an accredited program and NHA or AAMA certification)
• Excellent organization, critical thinking, communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, excellent documentation, and computer skills, knowledgeable of care plans and must have the ability to grasp new technology quickly.
• Applicant must be able to work well with diverse patients and staff and promote a positive image for CHANGE, Inc.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities:
• Support Medical team in providing care for patients; Patient Care Coordinator, Rooming, Referrals, Call Center etc.
