Position Details:
• Job Title: Clinical Site Manager
• Location: Weirton
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Qualifications:
• Applicant should possess active healthcare licensure in WV (Required)
• Management/supervisor experience in the medical field (Preferred)
• Excellent organization, critical thinking, communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, excellent documentation, and computer skills, knowledgeable of care plans and must have the ability to grasp new technology quickly.
• Applicant must be able to work well with diverse patients and staff and promote a positive image for CHANGE, Inc.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities:
• This position would oversee a medical facility that houses multiple disciplines such as Family Care, Gyne, Dental, and Behavioral Health.
