CHANGE, Inc Family Medical Care is hiring Full Time Call Center Scheduler

Position Details:
• Job Title: Call Center Scheduler
• Location: Weirton
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Qualifications:
• Medical Office experience preferred.
• Must have excellent computer skills and be able to multi-task.
• Applicant must be able to work well with diverse patients and staff and promote a positive image for CHANGE, Inc.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities:
• Primary duties include but are not limited to answering a high volume of incoming calls, making/rescheduling appointments, and relaying/returning messages.
