CHANGE, Inc Family Medical Care is hiring for the following position;

Position Details:
• Job Title: Dental Hygienist/Dental Manager
• Location: Weirton
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
Responsibilities:
Job duties would include but are not limited to;
Providing high-quality preventive dental hygiene services while overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of the CHANGE Inc. dental office by overseeing dental scheduling, patient flow, staff coordination, insurance and billing workflows, supply and equipment management, documentation, regulatory compliance, and monitoring of operational performance.

Qualifications:
• Active Dental Hygienist licensure in WV
• Management experience preferred.
• Must have excellent Computer skills and the ability to grasp new technology quickly.
• Excellent organization, critical thinking, communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, excellent documentation required.
• Applicant must be able to work well with diverse patients and staff and promote a positive image for CHANGE, Inc.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
