You can apply for community action services provided by CHANGE, Inc. through one of the following ways:
- Call or Stop into one of our offices for a paper application.
- Download a Program Specific Application, complete and mail/email/drop off the application to one of our offices. Program Specific Applications can be accessed on each Program’s page.
- Complete a initial application via LITT Lite. An agency representative will contact you to go over the program application requirements. LITT Lite can be accessed via the computer at: LITT Lite or via a mobile app available in your app store by searching for LITT Lite for Business.
