Position Details:
• Job Title: Transportation Supervisor
• Location: Weirton
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Qualifications:
• Excellent organization, critical thinking, communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, excellent documentation, and computer skills, knowledgeable of care plans and must have the ability to grasp new technology quickly.
• Applicant must be able to work well with diverse patients and staff and promote a positive image for CHANGE, Inc.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the daily operations of the transportation department including but not limited to; Driver schedules, program reports, grant related documentation, training new hires, continuing education of current drivers.
